Q4OS 3.8 Centaurus, stable

Released today (July 15, 2019) https://www.q4os.org/blog.html#news190715

It is running extremely well here on my system. It was how I got Debian 10 first installed before having help from Schycken and P.Dennert

I’ve been using Q4OS Centaurus for almost a year now and I’ve been extremely happy with it.

Their custom tools and unique way of installing and customizing is very nice and something worth checking out.

One thing to note is that it’s fairly easy to setup Nvidia Optimus using the Debian instructions, but there may be a few extra steps to get it to work. I posted some instructions on their forum last year on things to try if you need to troubleshoot it here:

TAKE NOTE and also read post #2 regarding Centaurus.

Speaking of their forum, if you have any issues at all, just post in their forum and you’ll get an answer and/or a fix very quickly from the Q4OS team. They’re always on the ball.

If for whatever reason you have issues using Debian 10 and would rather stick to Debian 9 Stretch, you can still download their Scorpion version based on 9 here :
